Robert founded the firm in 1969 to specialize in financial services executive search. Robert has undertaken senior level assignments on a global basis and frequently acts as an advisor to our key clients, domestic and global, on their global expansion plans. The firm has since evolved and primarily serves the investment management community on a global basis as a lift-out specialist. Robert has the longest tenure as an active search professional globally. He started his career at the Irving Trust Company. He has B.S. and M.B.A degrees.
Daniel has written over a dozen books on the global asset management industry and has lectured at universities around the world alongside speakers such as Senator John Kerry, Dr. Mark Mobius, ex-Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan, Prof KC Chan, and former Prime Minister Gerhard Schroeder. He is widely sought after for presentations, discussions, and his perspective on the global asset management industry and in the last two decades has advised hundreds of investment management CEOs on strategy and global expansion.
Daniel is founding partner of Enskat Associates, head of global consulting for Asset International/Strategic Insight, and works with various industry boards, task forces and cultural organizations, ranging from Institutional Investor to the Center for European Policy Studies, the Latino Commission on AIDS, Alvin Ailey and Peridance Contemporary Dance Company. Daniel has masters degrees in politics, history and law, speaks seven languages and the government of the United States awarded him an O-1 classification as a person with extraordinary abilities and international acclaim in business.
David has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. David has a proven track record of working with senior executives to develop and execute strategic expansion plans. In addition to his work with Warren International, David is a founding member of the Princeton Roundtable, an organization created to bring together thought leaders in the asset management industry. David has been recognized as an industry expert on restricted and control stock and has delivered presentations on SEC Rules as well as industry best practices. David began his career with Andersen Consulting, now known as Accenture. David earned his A.B. in Molecular Biology from Princeton University.
Before joining Warren International in 2008, Amos founded Altius Capital, a long/short low net exposure hedge fund. He raised capital and was the sole portfolio manager for seven years. Amos started his career at Oppenheimer Capital as a small cap value equity research analyst. Amos earned his A.B. from Princeton University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Danielle has been with Warren International since 2006, having served as a researcher until 2014 when she took over the role of CFO. Previously, Danielle worked for UBS as a program equity trader for nine years. She started in 1993 as a specialist clerk for O'Connor & Associates on the AMEX. Danielle graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College at Columbia University.
Rob has spent the past 10 years architecting and implementing software systems for the financial industry. With a strong focus in service based software, Rob has built systems encompassing financial process management and SEC compliance under Section 16. Rob is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer and earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
Nik most recently served as Vice President, Engineering for a large global financial services company where he directed and managed the Information Technology operations for the Executive Services division. He was also responsible for delivering real-time integration solutions via a hosted ASP environment to Fortune 50 Financial Service customers. Previously, Nik held consultant positions at both Accenture and Avanade. Nik earned his B.S.E in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University.
